The Waves Be Slow Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

The Waves Be Slow

The waves be slow
The waves be slow this dusk
As in slow motion

The tales of the old sea
To the selected rocks
And favored caves.

They also tell the Poet-Seer
Who promptly sings:
‘There be fore-boding in each single wave'
