The Way I See Poem by Jyotishman Debnath

The Way I See

Life the composite of
four letters and some sighs

the distance between all ifs and buts
the parallel roads and dead ends

does life has a meaning
is life like this
a journey of uncountable miles
finding the meaning?

I can take two and half minutes for thesis
two and half for antithesis
yet no conclusion

Life full of ideas
ideas are straight
but the world is round
what else we can do except
walking in the mud?

life teaches the realities
how to be sweetened and sour one
how to be filled empty one

make the rule disobey them
create the rule
break them

ideas and reality
A clash of thousand year
whoever performs perishes here

what do we need?
blood?
sweat?
water?

life is a place where
water is thicker than blood
saltier than sweat

what happens when
a thousand river flow back to the source?
from the plains of ganga
to the desserts of Kalahari
everything become no mans land

nothing just nothing
we have lost our tongue
we have sealed our mouth

life teaches us to be kind
and sows the seeds of doubt

it lead us the narrow way
and on the edge
we sing
the glory of life struggle

Can anyone tell
how many miles to babylon?
