As I looked from my window I can see
The light of the sun upon the trees
Wow! What wonder I must agree
It's nostalgia and grandeur amazes me
The sunlight is truly wonderful.
With radiant glow puts lights in a stone
No power or life the dark can own
The waves on the sea glitters and shine
And floods its brilliance on the shore line
The sunlight is truly wonderful
Upon the mountains it splashes a green
Trees and grass Oh! How bright and clean
So breathless its touch on valley and field
It's thrill its awe is a spectacular prequel
The sunlight is truly wonderful.
Then look at the sky in its brilliant blue
How so amazing? The don't have a clue
Its countless function ministered at will
Oh what wondrous peace! Be still
The sunlight is truly wonderful.
This blazing ball of incandescent light
Cleanses the soul temple from every blight
Destroys the dark and danger of night
From the Divine an amazing gift to the sight
The sunlight is truly wonderful.
