Your words fit just fine to me...like a my favorite pair of shoes....but I understand your write here.....done it many a time.....: O)

In my minds eye I don't see that you have a problem with your words at all...I know they've touched me, as well as made me laugh and think. I saw your title and thought of the song Midnight Train To Georgia. In it is said, 'To a world that wouldn't fit not so long ago......' I know your poem says Word but that is what I thought of...Think it's called word association....marci. :)
