The Words Of The Persons Who Can’t Maintain The Secrecy! - Poem by Dr.V.K. Kanniappan

It was very much distressing to safeguard the villages
…if there are no safety walls and forts around those days!

It was much distressing to wash the used dirty clothes
…from the points of river beds where people take bath!

(This may lead to impurity of water
and spread the contamination and disease)

The lousy words, resembling the noisy drum, of the persons
…who can’t maintain the secrecy are also distressing!

The act of the one who can’t control
…his senses is too distressing!

Topic(s) of this poem: distress

Form: Prose Poem
