The World Below, Mountain Climbing Poem by james watkin

The World Below, Mountain Climbing

The craze-warped place, that it is
Before his fogged eyes
Exposed. While evaporates
A heart's attachments.
And further still, up and up.
Less and less alarmed!
Soon that sage; whose mountain top
Back-tracking, resents.
