I do not know what has befallen me
For my eyes seem blind to what others see
I find myself in a dark void, in an abyss
I cannot feel a loving touch or a passionate kiss
To confront the face of evil that obscures my eyes
To state the truth always and not resort to lies
I find myself in a dark void, in an abyss
I smell a foul breath that you can never miss
My tears of fear, of sadness and sorrow
Carves a heartache like a rabbit creating its borrow
My soul is destined to perish in quiet death
The air is choked, one cannot inhale a breath
Forever more do I see my life force ready to drain
Like drops of dew after much pouring rain
I do not think of living as filled with joy and cheer
I believe that a destructive war is very near
It will ruin gardens of Heaven laid on earth
Death rates will rise, few women will give birth
The soil will not nourish the seed to grow
The rivers and streams will cease to flow
The dark atmosphere will cloud the rays of the sun
The world wil be plunged into a dark age, not joy nor fun.
