The Wrong Place Poem by Jay Aych

The Wrong Place

With all of your faith in your heart;
You are blind to the truth.
With all of your faith in your head;
You are bitter to the truth.

There is no winning with you.

An easy impression is all it takes to
Sway You.
The wrong word is all it takes to
Push You.

There is no winning with you.

Saying good-bye
Would break things.
Valuable things.
Fragile things.
With selfish reasons in my heart and head
I cannot say good-bye.

All I can do is stay silent.
Which isn't very fun.

Some people don't want to know the truth, because the lie that they are living is better.
