Thee I Love Poem by Kevin Moss

Thee I Love

Rating: 5.0

Twas nursery days when we first met,
A tiny terror, you teachers pet.
I threw A book, began to cry,
you held my hand and with A sigh, you smiled at me,
and I loved thee.

Those school days spent with friendship dear,
our secrets shared, each hope and fear.
Long lost days walking hand in hand,
along the seashores golden sand.
Then on A whim, you'd sigh and smile at me,
and I loved thee.

Happiness I did pretend,
when introduced to your new friend.
To reveal my soul forlorn there would not do,
as the looks that each you passed, showed love so true.
Broken heart no time to cry,
as you held my hand and with A sigh, you smiled at me,
and I loved thee.

As illness struck, soon your life to take,
my true feelings I could no longer fake.
I told you all, then began to cry,
you held my hand and with a sigh, you smiled at me,
and I loved thee.
