Their Vote Poem by Randy McClave

Their Vote

They didn't vote for him for his elegant talk
Or for his poetic walk,
They didn't vote for him for the clothes that he does wear
Or for his beautiful orange hair.
They didn't vote for him for his extensive knowledge
For him being the most learned in college,
They didn't vote for him for his muscular look
Or for being an academic by reading a book.
They didn't vote for him for his foreign policy
Here in America or across the sea,
They didn't vote for him because he served in the military
And they didn't voted for him on the contrary.
They didn't vote for him because he's a woman's man
Or because of his dark brown tan,
They didn't vote for him because he is a Christian and devout
They didn't didn't vote him, because he had suffered and did without.

They voted for him and it's because he's none of the above
For family or country he has no true love,
They voted for him, and it's because he's none of that
It's because he's a pathetic, rich, narcissistic, overweight spoiled brat.
And because he's a liar and a cheater and sinful and unruly
And because he's a racist and a bigot and a bully,
He's also a con, and an adulterer and an uncaring cut throat
That is the only reason why that he got republicans vote.
