There Are Places In Our Minds - Poem by Dennis Walker

There are places in our minds were we hide
When we want to be alone
There are places in our minds we slip off to
When we need our quiet zone
There are places in our minds are so secret
We can never let people know
There are places in our minds that are so happy
We always love to go
There are places in our minds that betray us
Let us fall for people who are wrong
There are places in our minds that help us
When needed keep us strong
