There Is No Reason Poem by Brookelyn Walker

There Is No Reason

Why do the birds fly?
Because there is no reason.
Why do I not try?
Because there is no reason.
Why have I not died?
Because there is no reason.
Why am I me?
There is no good reason.
Why do I hear them?
Now that I know.
It's because I'm alone.
