There's Hope For Tomorrow Poem by Joyce Hemsley

There's Hope For Tomorrow

Oh miserable, unhappy nights
When aspirations were never granted.
In a figure of speech ~ they were 'way down low'
Two sweethearts had parted - brokenhearted.

Deep depression brought tears to the eyes.
Recalling yesterday's effectual glances.
The love story which gave a hint of forever
Was now on the list of 'Broken Romances'.

But it's never too late to love again
And say goodbye to sadness and sorrow.
Hope is not out of date down Lovers Lane
In a figure of speech 'There's Always Tomorow'.
