I cheated not once they said
It's all in your head,
On you I have never cheated
Then that sentence they repeated.
They said it again and again
As if to a pastor they were admitting a sin,
And then they got mad
But, not hurt or sad.
A cheater once did say
That I would never do you that way,
And they would never do you wrong
But, you have heard that song.
In your heart you feel no trust
In your mind you only hear of lust,
With your eyes you see bruises
And with your ears you hear more excuses.
Whether you be a her or a him
You finally put your trust and faith in them,
But, in their heart and mind lies deceit
And then they cheat.
