They Say Poem by Tay Tay

They say no pain no gain, but without gain there's only pain.
I try, and try but all I feel is pain and yet no one remembers my name.
I have a broken heart and I'm trying to move on, but I can't.
They say they understand my pain but they really can't cause it not just my broken heart that hurts.
It's also my past, my history it's like a horror story turned into reality.
It haunts me and keeps me up all night my worst enemy is my memory.
They promise me I'll make it through, but they haven't walked a mile in my shoes.
They say there's a place where we won't cry no more or even feel pain no more, I can't wait, I can't wait for that day cause everyday I feel like I'm going insane.
