Things Will Work Out Somehow Poem by JAMES T. ADAIR

Things Will Work Out Somehow

Time will tell what hearts truly feel
or if love is meant to be
But when you say, most graciously,
things will work out somehow
I belive what you say to be true.
Because your spirit reaches me
through and through
Your words are always cautious
and soft and so well chosen
that my heart listens intently
as your gentle way has, my heart, unfrozen
You mean so much since we first met
and though you come and go
your sweet wishes shine through to me
and softly your kind way to me does show
of all the special one's I've known
and of all that I may ever know
You are the breath that whispers
accross fields of fresh fallen snow
something tells me to hang on
when all else tells me to let go
In you is a sense of promise unspoken
That a beautiful love is reaching toward the sun
Determined that it will one day peek through the window open
and find its way to blossom and grow
Our connection, always feels a special one
