Think About Humanity Poem by Prodip Basak

Think About Humanity

Where the wind stops blowing
You can hear thousands are crying,
Where the flowers fear to be born
You can feel how far the scarlet dawn.

The birds forgets singing there
Only the vultures shout,
Why don't you feel their pain?
Why don't you stop the procession of the dead crowd?

Where the Sun rises everyday
But He fails to brighten the hearts of darkness,
You can see too many devils there
Who are dancing on the bodies with little care.

No more blood, no more blood,
I won't see again,
No more weapon, no more tyranny,
Only you need love to feel their pain.

They are not Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Christian
They are not animal but human,
Think about humanity
Because we are also human.
