This Christmas Without You Poem by Preena Mathew

This Christmas Without You

Dear mummy....this Christmas without you.
Wish if I could store some joy
I know it will be full of cheer and hope
But what can I bring back
This Christmas without you

'This Christmas without you'
Not you around with your bright smile
It's been a difficult road
Not easy even to walk a mile...
What can I bring back
This Christmas without you...

Don't know from where to begin
Childhood memories...how time can spin
Your zeal to cook...all that's a dream
Smile even when I know how gloomy you seem
What can I bring back
This Christmas without you...

Trying to see how you shined
Even when days seemed dull
Grace, faith and love combined
What can I bring back...
Dear Mummy and Papa...
This Christmas without you..
This Christmas without you...
