This Is India: Not A Ph.D. External Examiner Yet
This is India
Of bluff-masters,
Bogus and blunt men,
Those who had not to be Ph.D. guides are
And those who had to be
Are not.
My expertise is lying useless
Though they are using in my papers
On Jayanta Mahapatra, Keki N.Daruwalla,
Contemporary Indian English poetry
And D.H.Lawrence,
But I am yet not
A Ph.D. expert,
An external examiner of the thesis.
