This Is Life Poem by Alicia H..

Life is having people there, people who love you and really care
but what happens when they leave your side
and you want to run but there's nowhere to hide

People are not quite who you thought they were
they have expectations of who you are
and when you let them down they turn on you,
and sometimes say you're a disappointment too.

some hold you back, and some you mighr fear
Some even act as if you're not even there
so loved or not, near or far, where ever you are
let me say...
that this my friend...this is life
