This Is What It Is Poem by Anna Heminsley

This Is What It Is

The decisions you make,
Are right, but don't go how they should be,
You find a way to help yourself,
But then don't succeed.

You try your best,
To figure it out,
Stop and stare,
Then just doubt.

Sit there thinking,
Why can't anything go right?
Wondering why,
And just sit there and sigh.

What if this is just meant to be?
What if this is just what life is?
Stop and stare, sighing,
You cannot take this.
