This Life Poem by Deborah Blackburn

This Life

Rating: 4.8

My heart bleeds
My souls freed
I walk this life alone

My skin touched
My hand clutched
This road i tread unknown

Where eagles soar
True feelings raw
This beating hearts my own

A lovers kiss
We reminisce
A silent whisper unbeknown

A colour fusion
Mask the illusion
The sweetness in the song is a groan

But when all said and done
And time has no rerun
U walk this life alone...
