This Time Of Year, Haiku Poem by Mark. A Heathcote

This Time Of Year, Haiku

this time of year
I grieve for the flowers
beneath the snow
*

this time of year
the shadow's all elongate
like marsh marigolds
*

this time of year
ritual dances are performed
by joyous bullfrogs
*

this time of year
cattle have green new pastures
with buttercup bells
