This World Of Beauty Poem by james watkin

This World Of Beauty

Nowhere to escape;
Relief, there's none.
This world of Beauty
Transfixes one!

Jonquil-eyed, as sweet
Gazed up at by
A pair, if years on
Waving goodbye

Goes further still, to
Prove I can't hide
What from out Time's mist
Burning abide.

What of it extends
Even Death through
Will I feel preyed on;
Souls that pursue.
