Those Eyes Poem by Sacred Nephilim

My downfall seemed clear when I gazed into those eyes,
but the last thing on my mind my certain demise,
captured my attention with just a luminous smile,
and luscious plump lips that would take me for miles,
her beauty, unspoken and astounding,
her voice, angelic and sweet sounding,
quickly i fell for that angels perfection,
and soon became the subject to my undying affection,
she was my fascination, my pride,
invincible i was by her side,

suddenly my life was filled with meaning,
and this heart for her began beating,
but my conscious mistake grew overwhelming,
and i wonder, when was it for me she had stopped caring...
