Teach me how to forget
Those eyes of bright sapphire
Painted in lustrous blue!
That sight has been set
On such deceitful tenancies:
A heart and mind for sale.
Nothing is there to retrieve
But the sole heartache
And bitter heartbreak of defeat.
I can't move on
Showing my fashion like this
To anybody whom I choose
But I could definitely
Flaunt my pain.
Make my efforts count
And state me the reason
Why I should forget
Those eyes of sapphire
Stained.
