Those Moments Poem by Ajit Pal Singh Daia

Those Moments

Keep tied
With threads of
Remembrance,
With your scarf having
Fragrance of jasmine,
Keep tied the moments
We lived together.

The moments
We sipped sitting on
That corner table
Of the coffee house,
The moments
We borrowed free
From the security guard
And spent under
That Gulmohar tree.
In that park
On the municipality bench
Under the shelter
Of your hairs
Lying in your lap

The moments,
We sewed with thread
of fragrances of roses
Listen PRIYA,
Those moments
Are mischievous
Keep them carefully
In your eye lids,
May they flutter
Just like butterflies?
