Those Who Challenge The Sun Poem by Matthew Fowler

Those Who Challenge The Sun

Those who challenge the sun, do sear in its everlasting rays.
They soar with angels in the heavens above.
Yet only for moment, in there sombering days.
And those who seek truth, in ingorant youth.
Shall have their souls set a blaze.

Those who ressurect forgotten doves, and cant virtue upon death.
They believe mortal men are divine.
And for that moment, the rituals of life have fled.
For pristine views, of heavens truth
And dare to challenge death.

And those who journey upon barren fields, do weep,
They believe life is immotal and infinite.
And the rays truth shant be allowed to keep
A hue of gold, an unbearable load.
for any mortal man to see

And dare to duel with the fallen angel, harvenger of pain.
And believe the glow of the sun
To end all of lucifers days.
But wont keep, the pain of hells heat.
Shall overpower the suns flame.

Those who mock at the world as naught, will find of the dying ones
Of those who have stood at the foot of god.
And laughed in the devils eyes and wouldnt run
Shall see the sins, of forgotten men.
Who dared to challenged the sun.
