Though My Breath Goes Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Though My Breath Goes

Without a lull
Without a lull
I need Beauty
Though my breath goes
My breathing throes
My anger grows
And
In that anger
Wisdom I felt
Wisdom I saw
Wisdom I knew
For prior suffering I knew
And pains of Calvary
And humiliations of the Execution
Knew:
But now
But now
I sing, see
I speak of wisdom
Principles I discover I lay
And in civilization's way
Civilization to civilization.
