Thoughts Of A Lonely Man Poem by Anthony Stevens

Thoughts Of A Lonely Man

My days and black and blue and my nights are fulled with loniness of you not being by my side dreams are far gone and life is never promise so at times it seems as if I'm afraid to live.

As I roll over the absence of your love hang over me like a rainy cloud no matter how hard I hug this pillow it just doesn't seem to fulfill my emotional needs why the one I desire for not with me the answer lingers around the room as if the walls been gossipping about this all morning.

The fact of me not being myself is motivated by the current changes in my life keeping the faith has lead me to a blessing that I'm so grateful to receive so as my life continues to change I will gratefully receive any and every blessing that is sent to me because my friend my life is on the rise.
