Three Movements Poem by Edwin Cordevilla

Three Movements

Rating: 5.0

Light dips its finger
In my wound bringing memories
Of unfulfilled promises
And ink tears
And sound but piano play
Mimic moon paradisal magnificence
Beethoven lyrics pure island night

Fairy dance the feet play
In the pas de deux lyrics and skyward chords
Soul leaps to its sweet pureness

Urgency comes with its events
The forgiving seas the rhythm
The rhythmic vibrates on the floor
Roof sky-moon silver music
Touching the ever-memory of caution
When heart a stranger by the ocean door
Infinite space rapidly so like rain
The mad-rush for the peaking
Dance conversations beneath
The flight of moonlight sky
The silver duel my loneliness
