Through The Seasons Poem by Farook Ajose

Through The Seasons

Rating: 5.0

I will sow
As the world warms
And my seeds disperse.

I will bloom
As the rains pour
And my cracked bark weeps.

I will stand
As the sun beams
And my roots dig deep.

I will dry
As the wind gusts
And my leaves wither.

I will freeze
As the snow chills
And my movements cease.

Yet, I'll live
When I'm reborn
In fragmented bits.
