I love how we get each other,
Despite the distance between us,
And the absence of words.
I heed to the messages in the words you use generally,
Their energy cannot be hidden.
Although often times I wish you'd just say them directly,
Maybe you're afraid of the unknown,
Or like me, you can't make a fool out of time.

But worry not love,
It may seem like it ain't working now,
But best believe the universe got your wishes in mind,
It's just a matter of time that reality matches our feelings inside,
The reality shared in both our souls.
Hold on a little longer,
Let's see what this time apart has to offer,
Before finding ourselves in each other's arms.
