Timeless Hands Poem by Joseph Walden

Timeless Hands

Make yourself worthy of time?
Down a narrow path I have surely walked,
Guided by angels and demons,
Yes I have surely mocked,
By these questions at last I unlocked,
Answered the devil upon the planes of pain,
'Joy is the fire in your vein'
In hollow wood began to sing a choir,
Dark demons and light angels sang the rain,
Down came the pain, the sorrow, the disdain,
the blood of the earths heart rang through my veins,
The sun Torched my soul and a phoenix I became,
Dying soul ashes became the violet flame.

Dancing upon the shadows of endless time,
Fear asked, 'what is my true name? '
Shadows I moved through,
Faith I leaped through,
The tao I spun through,
Time ceased to exist,
'Pure Joy'
