Times to think and ponder,
Are often rare and few.
And when these brief windows appear,
We choose what we should do.
Should we busy ourselves chatting?
With gossip fuelled on lies.
Or distract ourselves with TV shows?
Filled with other people’s lives.
For the choice to think and ponder,
Is one taken by few.
So next time the chance rears its head,
Think now, what will you do?
