To A Little Bird Out From Its Nest - Poem by RIC S. BASTASA

and so
your on your wings now
flying low yet
flying still
to where must you go?
your wings shall lead you
do not look back
for the nest had long
been destroyed
for the winds have no mercy
but the places faraway
have open arms
islands out their
have warm hearts
fly away
little bird
your destiny is waiting
