To Friedrich's Joy - Poem by Michael Witkowski

Friedrich, how can you cut out those
Who have found not a friend
Who is judge in Amity Court?
Who reads the sentence
And ponders the Gots
wear a wig and robe?
Blame the unfit for his fate
And bless the lucky for merit?
Not all merit a friend that find one
