To live eternally you have to die
that’s the science of life’s renewal
to begin and to end gracefully
striking a balance in existence
Death is a fitting finale
to what life’s feast in gratefulness offers
a plunge in the dark deep abyss
to come out of darkness to light in a fresh attire
Your buds break, you wear new blooms
the sun and light dispel death’s every gloom
wake you up in a new dawn of spring
where every hill and valley sings.
