Friends come out of the blue
They're one of life's wonderful mysteries
And the nicest part
Is to feel them in your heart
You love them dearly
Though fear they'll somehow part
You want them to like you
And somehow they do
As if you've become a part of them
And they somehow a part of you
Friends, I have a few
So lovely are they too
I give them a piece of my heart
and this is surely true
without the care of my friends
I likely would not make it through
So most humbly I say Thank You!
I Love You!
Know I'd do the same for each of you.
Because kindness, sharing and caring
You deserve it too
and the nicest feeling I've ever found
Is giving some love to you
Thanks for helping my heart heal
and for keeping the important things in view
I can't imagine the world any more
without you!
