To My Future Wife Poem by Mark Fahmy

To My Future Wife

The moment I saw you, was the moment the butterflies in my stomach flew
The moment I saw you, I met the reality of a dream I once drew
The moment I saw you, I saw my reality anew

Your presence makes my heart leap in disbelief
My puzzle pieces have finally found their matching piece

Your wind is a storm I'd like to sail through
Your eyes rest on mine as I lose my sanity for you
Your smell of roses haunts me in my dreams
Your kiss is sent from the heavens above
Your smile makes me fall for the thousandth time in your love

You're candles lighting through my darkest night
You're delightful music to my life
Dressed in immaculate fairy tale white
As they pronounce us husband and wife
