To My Sister Poem by DEEPAK KUMAR PATTANAYAK

To My Sister

Rating: 5.0

Blessed with;
Brilliant daughters
Beautiful they are,
Talented they are,
Cute they are,
And all nice adjectives of world,
They carry with them, they are,
They hug you,
They cajole you,
They tease you,
Because they love you,
You look happy,
When they call you mother,
But I see sadness in you somewhere,
Somewhere in your heart it stings more,
Wished a son were there to call you mother,
But see your daughters,
More than goldmines they are,
When they are married,
You will have sons to call you mother,
And your motherhood is fulfilled here,
But I tell you my sister,
Love all, Love God,
And see son in me, in him, in her,
And in them and in humanity,
And you will find sons everywhere,
Loving you and calling you mother.....

A sweet advice to your sister....! The boys and the girls are equally good to satisfy a mother's cravings if they are loving and caring! Your sister is fortunate enough to have such gifted daughters!
