To Tessa
Two January days
Monochrome outside
The hothouse colours of your verses
My companions
My mood ring reads cerulean blue
Orange, pea-green
Changing moment
To moment
And I wonder
If your mood ring and mine
Placed side by side
Would flash off each other
Or would agree
And both settle
And if so
What colour?
