The strong fighting generation
The generation that had a mission

The future builders
The future decorators
I call upon that generation

I can longer stand and do nothing
As the this generation does nothing
I ask for your strength
Oh youth of 1976
I ask for your carriage, oh great one
Give me the wisdom
To acknowledge our freedom
Give me the ability
To take responsibility
Teach me to respect
Give me the ability to handle the truth
As I teach the truth
As I rebuild the future for my future
As I become the symbol of change As I bring this youth of addicts change
