Courteously,
Some sleep
Instead of insult.
There are those
Who fight and folly
And those who sit and slumber
Not worrying
About anything really,
Let alone others.
Consciously,
Some find sleeping
Easier and much
More peaceful
Than putting others below them.
Granted, there are those
Who wake up insulting
And cursing what bothers them,
Only to be met with
Stubbed toes and spilled drinks.
But to those who sleep
The world should applaud you.
