In a world where beauty's blooms enchant,
She embraced life's journey, never to recant.
Yet unknown to her, my struggles hid within,
An addict's battle, an endless spin.
In her love, I caused pain, unaware,
And oblivious to her heart's tearful prayer.
But a seed of empathy I felt take hold,
Amidst addiction's grasp that wouldn't unfold.
In my darkest hour, she stood by me,
A beacon of strength and light to see.
Her love, unwavering, pure and true,
Unveiled in me a side I never knew.
A divine intervention, from the High above,
Sending her to me, to inspire and kindle love.
But a fear lingers, as I question fate,
Can I make her my wife, before it's too late?
Though in her presence, love's blooms blossom still,
The shadows of addiction hold a power and a chill.
A new journey calls, a path yet untrod,
To show her my love, and leave behind the flawed.
For she, my rock, my strength, my guide,
Deserves nothing less than love, pure and dignified.
To lay my past to rest, and transform all that remained,
And show her a love that will be sustained forever.
