Today
What is today?
It's now.
It's a moment we've been waiting for,
a new beginning,
a day planned in the past.
But today
I'm wiser,
more beautiful,
more powerful.
There's a new me at the door of life
and today I knocked on life's door,
to embrace the present and rejoice
in the journey before me.
