Never thinking life could end like this, always hoping for tomorrow. Today has now turned into a day of sorrow. Always wondering why it happened, answers never coming. Today's a day where I am always running.
Running from emotion, running from pain. Today's a day I wish never came. Your smile calmed my fears, yours hug silenced my tears. Today's a day I need you hear. Never knowing why, always wanting to hope. Today's a day I hold you close.
Pinky promise I can always make, today's the last day I saw your face.
