Today I Had An Epiphany In The Bathroom - Poem by Missy Lynn

Catch a trip from Tita’s lecture
Nomadically trekking the halls
Went to the girls room
To have a thought
Staring back in the mirror
Was someone I did not recognize
Never had anyone asked her for change
Only oneself, but that was not now
Instead I saw an angel, of the brain
Who said Jesus loves you
That was my
Epiphany
