Tomorrow - Poem by Kev Elmer

I offer you my hand,
to pull you to your feet.
You pull yourself closer,
our lips about to meet.

I quickly pull away,
I dont really know why.
Your beauty is as such,
a star lit midnight sky.

Im sure things would of been different,
but things are ok now.
Things could of been better,
but I'm sure they will work out some how.

Thinking we wont get together,
I fill up with sorrow.
I'm sure things will be better,
as there is always tomorrow.

Oh beautiful, hopeful in the end!
You've touched my heart with this poem!
