Too Late Poem by Frozen Beauty

Too Late

pull me in with
unique deceptions;
throw me out some
irksome rejections;
fear me now in
silent conceptions.
you don't know who
you've corrupted;
your face will bloody
my knuckles;
but I won't feel a thing.
scream at me with
seething pain;
cry for me some
acidic rain;
plead with me in
your disdain.
you can't undo
your judgement;
your much too late
to comment;
but I won't say a thing.
look at me with
mournful eyes;
speak at me some
breathless lies;
fall from me in
blackened skies.
you won't get to lie in
your coffin;
your mother will come by
quite often;
but I won't know a thing.
